What is the service
A+ is a connection provider which reduces the distance between students and companies through the backstage experience of international events. The service is designed for young skilled people who want to join cultural events. A+ offers these students temporary job opportunities provided by the companies who require specific skills for the event. Companies, on the other hand, have the chance to find the perfect student according to their needs. Students have also the possibility to partecipate, paying a fee, workshops offered by A+. The aim is to create a strong network and a more functional way through which students can reach the opportunities to come through the world of work.
How it works
A+ platform tries to find the perfect matching both for students and companies. Students are strictly selected by an expert after the online application and are chosen by A+ staff according to companies’ needs. During the event student will focus on the relationship with the visitor, creating a stronger engagment with the company. Thanks to their diligence, students will be offered some unique rewards and feedbacks during and after the events.
