This was a short-term design project developed in a collaborated workshop. The design brief was: design a new digital experience for Milan citizens that discover, access and engage with administrative services. Although there was a limitation of time, the design still followed a Discovery, Concept Framing and Concept Development process.
The initial study was to find the problems in the current services.
The problems were categorized into two main groups. According to the research, the current services were lack of solutions that dealt with these problems.
Based on these problems, several goals were carried out to cover the basics of the design.
The concept was to create a simple and clear digital administrative service that makes the operation reliable and convenient.
